Allow me to introduce myself. I have been a licensed real estate agent for more than 20 years working in all aspects of real estate.

As a partner in new construction of condominiums, I became familiar with and ultimately very knowledgeable in the process from conception to closing. (Site plans, EIS's, Submittal of Offering Plans to the Attorney General's office, Declaring same effective, Commencement and Management of the Condominium Association(s), Financing, Closing Documents, Orchestrating Closings, not to mention the administrative end of the business).

As a buyer, you are introduced to the most knowledgeable, up-to-date agent who:
• Will discuss buyer/seller/dual agency with you and work with/for you. (types of agencies vary state to state)

• Will refer financial institutions and/or make an appointment for your prequalification/preapproval.

• Knows the market and can show you homes that fit your criteria, as well as a few more homes to make sure you know what you want.

• Will submit your offer and work on your behalf as your buyer's agent to negotiate the best price and terms for you.

• Will commence marketing of your home immediately by taking pictures, submitting your home listing to the MLS (multiple listing service), have associates from their office preview your home, associates from the MLS tour preview your home, write ads to best market your home, communicate with you feedback from the showing of your home, and negotiate offers to obtain the highest price in your desired time frame.

• Will monitor the transaction closely and properly represent your interests throughout the contract stage, inspections, buyer's financing through to closing and after!
